How to Book Your Nail Appointment with Me Using Ovatu (New booking system!)
Step 1: Scroll down to the Booking App below!
Step 2: Pick Your Service
Scroll through the list and tap the treatment you want (e.g. Gel Manicure, Nail Art, etc). You can combine as necessary. Nail art prices depend on design, please Services tab for details
Step 3: Choose a Date & Time
Select a day and time that works for you.
If a slot isn’t showing, it means it’s already booked — try another time.
Step 4: Add Your Details
Fill in your name, number, and email so I can confirm your booking.
Step 5: Pay the Deposit
All services require a £30 deposit (services less than £30 must be paid in full at time of booking). Follow the prompts to secure your spot.
Step 6: You’re Booked!
You’ll get a confirmation email right away. Any outstanding balance is to be paid at your appointment (bank transfer, card or cash payment accepted!)

For those getting Nail Art: Fill out your Nail Inspiration Form!
If you have purchased a nail art service, you will automatically receive a separate email with a link to fill in your Nail inspiration form.
Here you can tell me a little bit about the design you would like, as well as upload any links to inspiration you may have found online (Instagram, Pinterest etc.)
Follow the prompts and click submit!
Existing clients please note: You can still book your next appointment with me in person on the day. We can work out a time that suits and I will add you to the online booking system. A deposit reminder email will be sent 5 days prior to the appointment (although you are welcome to pay immediately if you wish!), along with your nail inspiration form. Please be aware that all deposits must be paid within 72 hours prior to your appointment. Deposits not received by this time will result in the system cancelling your appointment. If you can’t find the deposit link or haven’t received one, please reach out to me via email or Instagram DM, and I will be happy to help!

Appointments can only be booked up to 2 months in advance.
I am on holiday for two weeks during June, so if you are struggling to find an appointment, that might be why! Availability from July 7th onwards should be better :).

Cancellation Policy
If booking in person, deposits must be paid a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If a deposit has not been received, the system will cancel your appointment and a refund will not be issued.
If you need to cancel or move an existing appointment, you can do so via the ‘manage booking’ section. This can be found on your original appointment booking email, or at nikkis-nails.book.app. Bookings can be cancelled or amended no later than 72 hours prior to the appointment.
